Changing Alarm Master Code

Please see the following steps to change the Master Code of the Alarm:

• Enter * 5 on keypad
• Enter Current Master Code – (Default 1234)
• Enter 40 on keypad
• Enter New Master Code – 4 digit
• Enter ## on keypad

Changing Suite 1 Code

Please see the following steps to change the Suite 1 Code:

• Enter * 5 on keypad
• Enter Master Code
• Enter 01 on keypad
• Enter New Suite 1 Code – 4 digits
• Enter ## on keypad

Changing Suite 2 Code

Please see the following steps to change the Suite 2 Code:

• Enter * 5 on keypad
• Enter Master Code
• Enter 02 on keypad
• Enter New Suite 2 Code – 4 digits
• Enter ## on keypad

Time & Date Setup

Please see the following steps to change Time & Date:

• Enter * 6 on keypad
• Enter Master Code
• Enter 1 on keypad
• Enter Time: HH:MM MM/DD/YY
• Enter # on keypad

Note: Time should be in 24 Hour Format e.g., 2.40PM = 14:40

Alarm Activation in Away Mode

Please see the following steps to activate the Alarm in Away Mode:

• Make sure all windows and doors are properly closed
• Green Check light will turn ON once completed the above step
• If any zone shows open, then press < > right arrow sign on keypad to locate the zone.
  If any zone is shown open and not closing, then you can bypass those Zone
• Enter and hold away button for 2 seconds (The keypad will beep rapidly)
• Exit premises within 60 seconds, before the delay time expires.

Alarm Deactivation (Away Mode)

Please see the following steps to deactivate the alarm:

• Upon entering the door, keypad will emit a steady warning tone
• Enter your 4-digit alarm code (Within 30 seconds of entering)

If you make any error while entering the alarm code, enter # and start again

Alarm Activation in Stay-in Mode

Please see the following steps to activate alarm in Stay-in mode:

• Make sure all windows and doors are properly closed
• Green Check light will turn ON once completed the above step
• If any zone shows open, then press < > right arrow sign on keypad to locate the zone.
  If any zone is shown open and not closing, then you can bypass those Zone
• Enter and hold away button for 2 seconds (The keypad will beep rapidly)
• Stay-in alarm will be active in 60 seconds

Note: All door & window sensors are active, but motion sensors are bypassed

Alarm Deactivation (Stay-in Mode)

Please see the following steps to deactivate the alarm:

• Enter your 4-digit alarm code on keypad

If you make any error while entering the alarm code, enter # and start again

Bypassing a Zone

Please see the following steps to Bypass a zone:

• Enter * 1 on keypad
• Enter 2-digit zone number
• Enter # on keypad

Note: If zone number is between 1 to 9 then add 0 in front of the zone number e.g., 01, 02…,09

Advance Bypass Function:

• Enter * 1 on keypad
• Enter 99 – Recall Bypass Zone
• Enter 00 – Clear Bypass Zone
• Enter 95 – Save Bypass Zone

Door & Windows Chime ON/OFF

There are two ways to ON/OFF door & window chime:

1. To enable or disable the chime, press and hold the chime button for 2 seconds until it beeps.
2. Enter *4 to enable or disable chime

Common Alarm Troubles

Please see the ways to find common alarm trouble:

• Number 1 shows, then enter 1 and if it still appears – Low Battery Trouble
• Number 2 appears on the alarm – Alarm panel has no power
• Number 3 or 4 appears on the alarm – Telephone line issue
• Number 8 appears on the alarm – Loss of Time & Date
• Enter # for Exit
